One of the greatest blessings in my life is the work that I do. Being a part of the SKY Schools team, I get to wake up everyday and be a part of transforming schools across the country. This is meaningful work everyday, but this year, at a time when going to school is scary and staying home is so very lonely students, parents and teachers need our support more than ever.

Through SKY Schools, we bring peace and healing to schools. Little girls as young as 8 self harming, teenaged girls pregnant from abuse and scared to ask for help. High achievers, that never truly see their brilliance and perpetually feel not good enough. The need is so great and everyday I hear stories from our teachers of how students have opened up, shared their feelings, taken a healing breath and found the strength and support that they need.

This year we moved all of our programs online within weeks, providing 30 free online sessions guided relaxation sessions each week, teaching stress relief to hundreds of teachers so that they can be calm and present with their students, and giving parents tools to keep their energy high and patience consistent.
