It's been an honor and privilege to volunteer for Project Welcome Home Troops and teach SKY Resilience Training. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for veterans, active military and their families. SKY Resilience Training, a free program, provides breath-based tools that decrease chronic and post-traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, and sleep problems. I've personally seen the profound, positive effect this has for our service members and their families. This truly has made a difference for thousands of service members and their families.
