When I found out that today’s students face unprecedented stress, uncertainty, and pressure, I knew I had to help. SKY Campus Happiness provides tools—evidence-based breathwork, meditation, emotional intelligence training, and service leadership—to help students overcome these challenges and thrive in all aspects of their lives.
That's why I created a fundraiser to support SKY Campus Happiness. Their campaign to
to empower 1,000 students to become leaders in their own lives and on their campus, by uplifting minds, building positive communities and decreasing stress – increasing happiness… through SKY Campus Happiness programs. Your donation will help fuel a nationwide movement to provide college students with the mental health tools they need to lead fulfilled, purposeful lives.
