When I was little, my Dad was away, war, 'sensitive postings...' Ma was told by the Army Hospital that there is no such thing as depression. When Dad returned, he had nightmares and a lot of suppressed anger. We couldn't talk about it, but I didn't want to come home from school, it was so agonizing. Years later, I learnt how to manage my depression and decided to work towards supporting real change and helping those who are willing to lay down their lives for us. Join me,
